How do I add the wall to my site?

Paste one line where you want the wall to appear and add your user's id to it. That is the whole front end — no app store update and nothing to keep in sync.

Your placement's Integration page has the line ready to copy with your own key already filled in.

Do you have plugins for WordPress, faucets and mobile apps?

Yes, all free to download from our Plugins page:

  • WordPress — works with myCRED, GamiPress and WooCommerce Points and Rewards, or keeps its own balance.
  • VieFaucet and ClaimBits — drop-in addons for faucet scripts.
  • Android and iOS — show the wall inside your app.

Sign in before downloading and the faucet addons come with your own keys already filled in.

How do my users get credited?

Every time a user completes an offer, we notify your site straight away with the user, the reward and a unique id for that completion. Your site adds the coins to their balance.

If your site is down, we keep trying until it answers, and every attempt is listed on your Postback log page. Our plugins handle all of this for you.

How do I test my setup before going live?

Open your placement's Integration page and use Send a test. It sends a test reward and a test reversal to your site and shows you exactly what your site answered.

Test rewards are clearly marked, so your site can recognise them and not credit anybody.

Do not complete offers on your own wall to test it, or to show your users how — advertisers reject those completions and it is not allowed. You may try the Watch ads tasks yourself to see the flow.

Can I change how the wall looks?

Yes. Pick your colours, layout, card size and header, and add your own styling if you want to go further. The editor shows a live preview as you change things, so you see the result before your users do.

Can I limit which offers appear?

Yes. On your placement settings you can choose categories — for example only games and surveys — and hide offers that pay less than an amount you set. The page tells you how many offers each choice keeps, so you never switch off more than you meant to.

My site is not receiving rewards. What should I check?

Start with your placement's Postback log. It lists every notification we sent and what your server answered.

The usual causes:

  • Your server is asleep. Free hosting plans often pause after inactivity and take too long to wake up. Keep the server awake or move to an always-on plan.
  • It answers with an error. Your endpoint should reply with a success status within a few seconds, even for a user or transaction it has already handled.
  • The address is wrong. Check the URL on your placement settings.

We retry a failed notification several times, so a short outage loses nothing. Use Send a test on the Integration page to check the fix straight away.

Offers say "This offerwall is not permitted on that site"

Your placement only allows the wall on the sites listed under Allowed embedding domains. Add every domain the wall is shown on — your main site, its subdomains, and the domain of your Telegram Mini App or app web view — then save.

If you leave the list empty, the wall can be shown anywhere.

Where is my secret key, and how do I get a new one?

Open your placement's Integration page and click Show next to the secret key. It is hidden by default so nobody can read it over your shoulder.

If it has leaked, click rotate it under the key. You get a new key straight away and the old one stops working at once, so update it everywhere you use it.

Why does the API answer "This placement is not active"?

The API only works for placements that are live. A new placement goes live once you have confirmed the site is yours and the automatic check has passed — your placement page shows where it stands.

Once it is live, use the placement's keys exactly as the developer documentation describes.
