Reporting illegal content
Our point of contact under the EU Digital Services Act, and how to report an offer, an ad or a site.

1. Point of contact
Authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services and anyone using Offerwall.GG can reach us at [email protected]. Write in English. A person reads every message sent there.
AESHA Technology Services Limited (CRN 210193), Seychelles, 1032 Office House of Francis Ilu de Port, Mahe, Seychelles (SC).
2. What you can report
Anything shown through Offerwall.GG that you believe is illegal, including:
- an offer on an offerwall — its title, description, requirements or picture;
- the page an offer or a Traffic Task sends you to;
- an advertiser's campaign, or a publisher's site that carries our offerwall;
- an article or image on our blog.
Content that is not illegal but breaks our rules — a misleading offer, a placement hiding what it is — can be reported the same way. The acceptable use policy and the advertiser content guidelines say what those rules are.
3. How to report
Email [email protected] or use the contact form, with "Illegal content" in the subject. So that we can act on it, include:
- Why you believe it is illegal, and under which law if you know.
- Exactly where it is: the offer name and the offerwall you saw it on, or the full web address. A screenshot helps.
- Your name and email address — unless the report concerns child sexual abuse material, which you may report anonymously.
- A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the report is accurate and complete.
A report with all four is one we can decide on without coming back to you. One missing the location usually cannot be acted on at all, because offers rotate and the same title can be on many walls.
4. What happens next
- We confirm we have received it, if you gave us an email address.
- A person looks at it — not an automated system — and decides whether to take the content down or leave it up.
- We tell you what we decided and how you can contest it.
- Where we remove or restrict something, we tell whoever supplied it — the advertiser or the network — what we did and why, unless the law or an authority tells us not to.
- An offer we take down stays down on every offerwall at once; it is not removed one wall at a time.
If what you report suggests a criminal offence that puts someone's life or safety at risk, we pass it to the police or the competent authority.
5. If you disagree with a decision
Reply to our decision and explain why. We look at it again with what you sent, and tell you whether the decision stands. This applies both to someone who reported content and to an advertiser or network whose content we removed.
You can also take the matter to a court, or to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body in the EU. Nothing on this page takes away those rights.
6. Repeat reporters and repeat offenders
An advertiser whose content we keep removing has their campaigns stopped and their account suspended. Someone who keeps sending reports that are obviously unfounded may have further reports set aside for a while, after we have warned them.
7. Orders from authorities
Orders to act against illegal content, or to provide information, go to the same address above. We confirm receipt and tell the authority what we did, and when.
