Advertiser agreement
Prepaid budgets, what you are billed for, and what we will not do.
AESHA Technology Services Limited · Last revised 7 October 2026 · All legal documents
This agreement is between you and AESHA Technology Services Limited (CRN 210193), Seychelles. It applies in addition to the terms of service and the acceptable use policy.
1. Prepaid, always
Campaigns spend from a balance you have funded. There is no invoicing and no credit unless a credit line has been agreed in writing and set on your account. When the balance no longer covers one conversion, the campaign stops receiving clicks.
A top-up is an invoice. You choose an amount and a method, we open one, and it is credited when the payment for it is confirmed. Every movement — deposit, spend, refund, adjustment — is a transaction row carrying the balance after it, and you can read all of them.
Nothing you tell us credits a balance; only a payment does. For the card and crypto methods the confirmation comes from the payment processor itself, signed, and the credit is immediate and automatic. For a bank transfer no such confirmation exists, so a person matches the money against your invoice reference — which is why that method asks you to quote it, and why a transfer sent without one can sit unmatched.
We credit the amount on the invoice. An underpayment is not credited in part; tell us and we will sort it out.
How you can pay us
- Crypto — Bitcoin, USDT and the rest, through CryptoPayr's checkout. Credited the moment the chain confirms it.
- Card — Visa, Mastercard and other cards, on Payzink's secure checkout. Credited as soon as the payment goes through.
- PayPal — Pay from a PayPal balance, a card or a bank account. Credited as soon as PayPal confirms the payment.
- Bank transfer (SEPA) — Euro transfer from any SEPA bank. Quote the reference. One to three working days — a bank cannot tell us in real time.
Open one from your billing page. Transfer fees charged by your own bank or payment provider are yours; we credit what the invoice says.
Card and PayPal need a verified identity. Before you can pay by card or PayPal we ask you to verify your identity with our provider Didit: a photo of an identity document and a selfie, which takes about two minutes. Crypto and bank transfer do not need it. If a card or PayPal payment is later refunded or reversed, the amount comes back off your balance.
2. What you are billed for
A conversion, at the payout stated on the campaign. Not clicks, not impressions.
The payout always comes from the campaign record, never from the callback. Nothing your server sends us can change what you are charged. That protects you from a misconfigured integration billing you at the wrong rate, and it protects us from the reverse.
A multi-step campaign is billed per goal completed, at the payout set for that goal, and only for goals we recognise.
3. Caps are a ceiling on what we send
A daily or total cap stops us sending further clicks once it is reached. It is checked when the catalogue is built and again at the moment each click is handed on, so a campaign stops taking traffic immediately rather than at the next refresh.
Clicks already in flight are still honoured. A user who opened your offer while the campaign was live and completes it an hour later produces a billable conversion, even if the cap closed in between. They did the work on the strength of your offer. This is how every network in this market treats caps, and pretending otherwise would push your cap onto the publisher who already paid the user.
If you need a hard stop, pause the campaign and allow for the completion window of whatever you are asking users to do.
4. Conversions you dispute
Tell us. We keep the click that preceded every conversion — when it happened, from which placement, from which country and device — and we will show you.
We will refund conversions that were fraudulent or that did not meet the stated requirement. We will not refund conversions simply because they converted worse than you hoped, or because the user was incentivised: you were told that at the top of this page.
Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the conversion. After that the publisher has been paid and the money has left.
5. Your offer must be completable
- The requirement shown on the wall must be what the user actually has to do.
- If the requirement changes, change the campaign. Users are working from what we display.
- Your tracking URL must accept our click identifier and echo it back. If you break it, we cannot attribute conversions, and the users still expect their reward.
- Your landing page must not deceive, and must not install anything the user did not ask for.
Campaigns that repeatedly fail to credit completions that met the stated requirement are paused. The publisher's users complain to the publisher, and the publisher's trust is the thing we actually sell.
Traffic Tasks
A Traffic Task pays for a visit, not an action: the user keeps your site open for the length you booked and then answers a short check. You pay for each visit that passes the check, and nothing for one that does not.
- Your site must open inside a frame. A site that refuses to be framed cannot be visited, and we check this before the campaign serves and again every day.
- Your site must not try to break out of the frame, redirect the page around it, open popups or start a download.
- With verified views on, a visit only counts when our snippet on your page reports in. If you remove the snippet, those visits stop counting.
- A user is sent to the same site at most once per repeat interval you choose.
6. Approval and refusal
Campaigns are reviewed before they serve, against the advertiser content guidelines, which form part of this agreement. We may refuse or pause a campaign at our discretion, including one that is lawful, if it is a poor fit for rewarded traffic or would damage our publishers' relationship with their users. Where we refuse, we will tell you why.
7. Refunds of unspent balance
Unspent balance is refundable on request to the source it was paid from, less any conversions already delivered and any transfer costs. Spend already delivered is not refundable. A refund to any other destination is not available: a balance that could be paid in from one place and out to another is a payment service, which this is not — see the sanctions, verification and financial crime policy, which forms part of this agreement and also sets out the restrictions on who may hold an account at all. How to ask, and what a chargeback does, is set out in the refund and cancellation policy.
8. Data
You receive our click identifier and, where you asked for it, an opaque per-user token. You do not receive the publisher's user ids, email addresses or any contact details, and you must not attempt to re-identify a user from what you do receive.
Whatever a user gives you on your own site is between you and them, under your own privacy policy. Do not repurpose it beyond what the offer said.
9. Liability
We provide the service as it is. We do not warrant a particular volume, conversion rate or quality of traffic. Our total liability to you is limited to the unspent balance on your account at the time the claim arises.
10. Termination
Either side may stop at any time. On termination we pause your campaigns, settle conversions already delivered, and refund the remainder under clause 7.
11. Law
Governed by the law of Seychelles. Questions to [email protected].
