Refund and cancellation policy
How advertisers get unspent money back, and what happens when a payment is reversed.
AESHA Technology Services Limited · Last revised 7 October 2026 · All legal documents
This policy applies to advertisers funding a balance with AESHA Technology Services Limited (CRN 210193), Seychelles. It is part of the advertiser agreement, and where the two ever disagree, the agreement wins.
1. What you are paying for
Funding your balance buys advertising: conversions and Traffic Task visits, charged at the price set on each campaign as they happen. Money stays in your balance until a campaign spends it. Nothing is charged for clicks, impressions or for keeping an account open.
2. Unspent balance is refundable
You can ask for the unspent part of your balance back at any time, whether or not you are closing the account.
- Back to where it came from. A card payment goes back to the card, PayPal to the PayPal account, crypto to an address you prove you control, a bank transfer to the account it was sent from. We do not refund to anywhere else.
- Less what has already been delivered. Conversions and visits that happened before the refund are paid for, including ones from clicks still in flight when you paused.
- Less transfer costs. Network fees on crypto and bank charges on a transfer are taken off the amount returned. We do not add a fee of our own.
To ask, write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the amount and the invoice reference of the payment it should go back to. Pause your campaigns first, so the balance stops moving. Refunds are processed by a person; we will tell you the amount and the date it was sent.
3. Spend that has been delivered
Delivered conversions and visits are not refundable just because a campaign performed worse than expected. The users who completed them were rewarded by the publisher, and that money has left.
A conversion that was fraudulent, or did not meet the requirement on your campaign, is. Dispute it within 30 days of the conversion. We will show you the click behind it — when, from which placement, country and device — and if we agree, the payout goes back on your balance.
4. Invoices you did not pay
Opening an invoice costs nothing and commits you to nothing. One that is never paid is simply left open or closed. An underpaid invoice is not credited in part: tell us, and we will either credit what arrived or send it back.
5. Chargebacks and reversed payments
If a card or PayPal payment is refunded, reversed or charged back after it was credited, the same amount is taken off your balance — automatically for a card, by our staff for PayPal. If that money has already been spent, your balance goes negative and campaigns stop until it is covered.
Please talk to us before you dispute a payment with your bank or with PayPal. A dispute over a balance you could simply have asked to have refunded may close the account.
6. Cancelling
Pause a campaign at any time from your dashboard; it stops taking new clicks immediately. Close your account by writing to us. On closing, we settle what has been delivered and refund the rest under section 2.
If we close your account, for example under the acceptable use policy, the same applies — unless the balance came from a payment we have reason to believe was unauthorised, in which case it goes back to the payer and not to you.
7. Restrictions
A balance is not a wallet: it cannot be withdrawn to a different destination or passed to another account. The sanctions, verification and financial crime policy explains why, and when a refund can be held while we check who is asking.
