I reached the level in a game but did not get my reward

Game rewards are confirmed by the game's own advertiser, and they are strict:

• You must be a new player, installing the game after tapping the offer. A game you installed before does not count.
• Reach exactly the goal the offer lists. Other in-game progress, like coins collected or items bought, does not count unless the offer says so.
• Each goal pays on its own, and some are reported hours after you reach them.

If the reward still has not arrived the next day, open the wall, tap Help and send a claim for that offer.
