Affiliate programme terms
What you earn for introducing a publisher, when it is paid, and when it is taken back.
AESHA Technology Services Limited · Last revised 7 October 2026 · All legal documents
These terms apply to the Offerwall.GG affiliate programme. They sit on top of the terms of service and the publisher agreement, which continue to apply in full. Where this document is silent, those govern.
1. Who can take part
Anyone with an Offerwall.GG account in good standing. An affiliate panel is opened from your member dashboard with one click: there is no application, no review and no information to supply. Your referral code is issued at that moment.
It is an account of its own, alongside a publisher account and an advertiser account rather than inside either. It holds its own balance, its own payout destination and its own payout history. You do not need to be a publisher to take part, and if you are one, your commission and your placement earnings are separate balances that are withdrawn separately.
2. How a referral is attributed
A referral is recorded when somebody follows your referral link and then creates a publisher account.
- Following your link stores your code in a first-party cookie for 90 days. If they create a publisher account within that window, the referral is yours. The cookie policy describes exactly what is stored.
- Last click wins. If somebody follows two different affiliates' links, the most recent one before they sign up is the one credited.
- Attribution is permanent and exclusive. Once an account is attributed to you, it stays attributed to you, and a later link cannot take it. Equally, an account that already has a referrer cannot be re-attributed to you.
- Attribution happens at the moment the publisher account is created. Somebody who signs up as a user through your link and becomes a publisher later is still attributed to you, provided the cookie has not expired in the meantime.
We cannot attribute a referral that leaves no record: if the person blocks cookies, clears them, or signs up on a different device or browser from the one that followed your link, there is nothing for us to read and no commission arises. We do not reconstruct attribution after the fact from IP addresses or any other signal.
3. What you earn
You earn 25% of our margin on every conversion the publisher you introduced is credited for, for as long as that account keeps earning. There is no cap, no expiry and no minimum volume.
Our margin means the revenue we receive from the advertising network or advertiser for that conversion, minus the amount we pay the publisher for it. It is not a share of gross revenue and it is not a share of the publisher's earnings.
This matters in two directions, and both are deliberate:
- It never comes out of the publisher you referred. They are paid exactly what they would have been paid had nobody referred them. Your commission is paid out of our share, not theirs, and they are not charged for having been introduced.
- It moves with our margin. A publisher on better terms leaves us a smaller margin, so the same conversion pays you less. Where our margin on a conversion is nil, no commission arises for it.
The rate is a platform setting. We may change it, and a change applies to conversions credited after the change — never retroactively to commission already credited to your balance. The rate shown on your affiliate panel is always the rate currently in force.
4. When it is paid
Commission is credited to your affiliate balance at the moment the conversion behind it is credited, and it matures on the same terms every balance on this platform matures on: earnings belong to the month they were earned in, and become payable 30 days after that month ends. Until then they are shown as pending, with the date they mature.
It is withdrawn from your affiliate panel, to the destinations and under the minimum shown there. The mechanism is the publisher one — the same six destinations, the same checks on an account number, the same rule that the amount leaves your balance when you request it rather than when we release it — but the balance and the request are the affiliate account's. If you also hold a publisher account, the two do not combine: neither balance tops the other up towards a minimum, and each is requested on its own screen.
A transfer needs a beneficiary. Before a payout can be released we need your legal name and a full address, which is asked for on the payout screen and nowhere earlier — nothing about earning commission requires it.
5. When it is taken back
A commission follows its conversion. If the conversion behind it is reversed — because the network charged it back, because it was found to be fraudulent, or because we reversed it ourselves — the commission is reversed too, for the amount that was originally credited to you.
This is not a penalty. The money we paid you was a share of a margin that has been taken back off us, so there is no longer a margin to share. It is deducted from your balance in the same way a reversal is deducted from a publisher's, and it can take a balance negative if the commission has already been paid out.
We reverse the amount you were actually credited, not a recalculated one. If the rate has changed since, the change does not apply to the claw-back.
6. Self-referral and what else is not allowed
You may not refer yourself. That includes signing up a second account of your own through your link, and arranging for somebody else to do it on your behalf so that the benefit returns to you.
We should be straight about how this is enforced, because most programmes are not. Signing your own publisher account up through your own link is refused outright: your affiliate panel and your publisher account belong to the same login, and the attribution is rejected on that. A separate account created by the same person is not something we can reliably tell apart from a genuine referral at the moment of signup, and we do not pretend to: we would rather miss some than silently refuse two colleagues working from one office. What we do instead is record the signals we have, review the ones that look wrong, and act afterwards. Where we find self-referral we reverse the commission, remove the account from the programme, and may suspend it under the acceptable use policy. Unpaid commission arising from it is forfeit.
You also may not:
- Bid on our brand name, our domain, or close variants of either in paid search, or run ads that could be mistaken for our own.
- Present yourself as Offerwall.GG, as our employee, or as an official representative; or imply a partnership beyond participation in this programme. What you may say and which artwork you may use is set out in the brand guidelines.
- State earnings, rates or payout figures we have not published, or make any income promise on our behalf. The share texts on your affiliate screen are written to be safe to post as they are, and deliberately contain no earnings claim.
- Promote the programme through unsolicited email or messaging, on sites carrying content prohibited by the acceptable use policy, or by any means that would breach that policy if it were traffic.
- Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, redirects or any other method of setting a referral cookie without the person deliberately following your link.
- Create accounts on somebody else's behalf, or induce anyone to sign up who does not intend to use the platform.
- Offer a cash rebate or incentive for signing up through your link without telling us first.
7. What you can see about your referrals
Your affiliate screen shows how many people followed your link, how many became publishers, and what each referral has earned you.
It does not show who they are. Referrals are shown by a reference number rather than a name, and we do not disclose their traffic, their placements, their revenue or their contact details. This is not an oversight: their business is theirs, and they did not agree to have it reported to the person who introduced them. We apply the same rule in reverse — we do not tell them what you were paid.
8. Tax
Commission is income. You are responsible for declaring it and for any tax due on it in your own jurisdiction. Amounts are stated and paid gross; we do not withhold. Where we are required to collect tax information or to report payments, we will ask you for what we need and may hold a payout until we have it — the same as for any other balance, as set out in the compliance policy.
9. Ending it
You can stop at any time by not using your link. Commission already credited and matured remains payable.
We may remove an account from the programme for a breach of these terms, of the acceptable use policy, or of the terms of service. Where we do, we will say why. Commission earned before the breach remains payable; commission attributable to the breach does not, and we may reverse it.
We may also end or suspend the programme itself. If we do, referrals already attributed stop earning from the date we announce, and anything already credited is paid out normally.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes are announced by email to affected accounts before they take effect. Continuing to use your referral link after that is acceptance.
