Publisher agreement
How much you earn, when you have earned it, and how you get paid.
AESHA Technology Services Limited · Last revised 7 October 2026 · All legal documents
This agreement is between you and AESHA Technology Services Limited (CRN 210193), Seychelles. It applies in addition to the terms of service and the acceptable use policy. Where they conflict on a commercial point, this document wins.
1. What each side does
We supply a catalogue of rewarded offers, the wall or API that serves them, click tracking, conversion attribution and a signed callback to your server. You supply the traffic, decide what a reward is worth to your users, and pay your users yourself.
We do not pay your users. We pay you, and what you award them in your own currency is your decision and your liability.
2. What you earn
Every conversion from your traffic earns you an amount in US dollars, at the rate that applies to your account or to that individual placement. That amount is shown on the conversion, in your earnings history and in the API response, so what you are owed is never something you have to take on trust.
The amount is fixed at the moment a conversion is credited and stored on the row, together with the exchange rate used to convert it into your own currency. A change to your rate applies to conversions from that point on and never rewrites history.
3. When a conversion is earned
When the network or advertiser reports it to us and we credit it. Not when a user clicks, and not when they believe they completed something.
We do not pay for a conversion we were not paid for. If a network does not report a completion, we have no revenue to share, and we cannot compel them to report it. What we can do — and do — is show you the click, tell you what the network said, and chase it on your behalf when a user files a claim.
4. Reversals and chargebacks
Networks reverse conversions: fraud, refunded purchases, cancelled trials. This can happen weeks after the fact. When it does, the revenue is taken back from us, and what we paid you for it is taken back from you as a negative ledger entry with a reason attached.
Reversals can take a balance negative. A negative balance is cleared from future earnings, not invoiced to you. A reversal is always deducted: the network takes the money back from us, and we do not pay for a conversion we were not paid for.
You are told about a reversal through the same signed callback as the original conversion,
with a negative amount and status=reversed. What you do about a user you have
already paid is your decision.
5. Payouts
Earnings are settled per calendar month and become payable NET30 — 30 days after the month they were earned in ends. Earnings from a month are held until then and shown to you as pending, with the date they fall due. What is shown as available is what you can request today.
A worked example: everything you earn in August is settled as one period when August ends, and becomes payable 30 days later, on 30 September. On any day in September, August is pending and July is available.
- The minimum payout is $30.00 of matured balance, unless your account says otherwise. Pending earnings do not count towards it.
- The balance is debited when you request the payout, not when it is approved — so the figure shown as available really is available, and the same balance cannot be requested twice.
- One payout may be open at a time. This is enforced by the database, not by a check we might get wrong.
- Amounts are floored to the cent. We never round up onto money that was not earned.
- If a payout is rejected or cancelled, the balance is credited back in full as an adjustment you can see in the ledger.
- Payment method and details are yours to keep correct. We are not liable for funds sent to an address you gave us.
- The destination is copied when you request the payout. Editing your details afterwards cannot redirect a payout that is already in progress.
- We cannot pay you until your profile and payout details are complete. Every method below needs what the transfer itself needs, and a partial record is refused rather than attempted.
How we can pay you
- Crypto — FaucetPay (USDT) — Paid automatically in USDT to your FaucetPay account. Usually the fastest.
- PayPal — Sent as a personal payment. The name must match the account exactly.
- Bank transfer — SEPA — Euro-area bank accounts. Two to three working days once sent.
- Bank transfer — ACH (United States) — US bank accounts. Three to five working days once sent.
- Bank transfer — SWIFT (international) — Any bank account worldwide. Three to five working days once sent; fees below.
- Revolut — Sent with Revolut Pay to your @username.
Bank charges levied by an intermediary or receiving bank are yours. We send the full amount; we do not control what a correspondent bank deducts on the way.
We may hold a payout while we investigate traffic under the acceptable use policy. If we do, we will tell you what we are looking at.
We may also need to establish who you are. A bank or payment provider will not send money to a name we cannot evidence, so we may ask for identity documents, for proof that the destination belongs to you, or for a tax identifier, and hold the payout until we have them. Your balance stays yours while that happens — an unanswered request does not forfeit it. What we may ask for, and the sanctions restrictions that apply to every account, are in the sanctions, verification and financial crime policy, which forms part of this agreement. Payouts go to the account holder only: never to a third party, an account in another name, or split between destinations.
6. Your ledger is the record
Every movement — conversion, reversal, payout, adjustment, bonus — is an append-only ledger entry carrying the balance after it. Nothing is edited or deleted. If our number and yours disagree, the ledger is where we start, and you can read all of it.
7. Inventory is not guaranteed
The catalogue comes from third parties and changes constantly. Offers appear, disappear, change payout and change country targeting without notice to us. We do not guarantee that any particular offer, network, volume or fill rate will be available, and we may remove an offer or a network at any time.
Offers are deactivated rather than deleted, so a click made before an offer disappeared still resolves when its conversion arrives days later.
8. Your users
They are your users, not ours. You are responsible for your relationship with them, for whatever you promised them, and for having a lawful basis to send their data to us. We give each of them an opaque token before any network sees them, so your user ids never leave us. See the data processing addendum.
9. Plugins and SDKs
The plugins and SDKs on /developers/plugins are free to use, change and ship in your own site or app. Each download carries its own licence file: the WordPress plugin is GPLv2 or later, as WordPress requires, and everything else is under the MIT licence. They are provided as they are; testing them against your own site before you go live is your job.
The licence covers the code, not your keys. Your secret key stays on your server and is never built into an app.
10. Suspension and termination
Either side may end this arrangement at any time. You can stop sending traffic; we can deactivate a placement.
On termination, an earned balance above the minimum is payable on the normal schedule, less anything reversed afterwards. A balance below the minimum, or earnings from traffic that breached the acceptable use policy, is not payable. We hold a final balance for 90 days against late reversals before releasing it.
11. Liability
We provide the service as it is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, a particular level of earnings, or that a network will behave. Our total liability to you is limited to the earnings we owe you at the time the claim arises.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes — anything altering your rate, your payout terms or what counts as earned — will be notified to the address on your account before they take effect. Continuing to send traffic afterwards is acceptance.
13. Law
Governed by the law of Seychelles. Questions to [email protected].
