Reward terms for offerwall users
For anyone earning rewards on an offerwall run by Offerwall.GG.

You are reading this because a website, app or game you use shows an offerwall powered by Offerwall.GG. That website is the publisher. This page explains how a reward gets from an advertiser to your account with the publisher, and what can stop it.
1. Who pays your reward
The publisher does, in their own currency, under their own rules. When you complete an offer, we record it and tell the publisher how much to credit you. Their site then adds the coins, points or balance to your account there. We never hold your balance and never pay you directly.
So the publisher decides what their currency is worth, whether and how you can withdraw it, and what happens to your account with them. A question about that goes to the publisher. A question about whether an offer was tracked comes to us, through the Help page on the wall.
2. What counts as completing an offer
- You must do exactly what the offer says, from start to finish, in the same browser or device you opened it on.
- The advertiser decides whether you did. We pass on their answer; we cannot overrule it.
- Offers have their own conditions — an age limit, a country, being a new customer. If you do not meet them, the advertiser will not pay and neither can the publisher.
- Rewards can carry decimals. What the wall shows is rounded for display; what is credited is the exact amount.
3. When it arrives
Most rewards arrive within minutes of the advertiser confirming the offer. Some advertisers take hours or days to confirm, and the wall cannot speed that up.
4. When a reward is taken back
An advertiser can reverse a completion after it was credited — usually because it turned out to be fraudulent, refunded or a duplicate. When that happens we tell the publisher, with the same reference as the original reward. What they do about it is their decision; most deduct it from your balance.
5. What gets you blocked
Any of these stops you earning on that publisher's wall:
- Using a VPN, a proxy, Tor or any service that hides where you are.
- More than one account with the same publisher to complete the same offer again.
- Bots, emulators, scripts, or anyone else completing offers for you.
- Giving false details to an advertiser to qualify for an offer.
- Changing the wall's address to credit a different account.
Opening more than 120 offers in an hour is paused automatically until the hour has passed. That is a rate limit, not a block.
Some connections are checked automatically the first time you open a wall, and blocked if they look like one of the above. The privacy policy explains that check and how to ask a person to review it.
6. A reward that did not arrive
- Give it time. See section 3.
- Open Help on the wall. It lists the offers you opened; pick the one that did not pay and send the claim.
- A person compares the claim against what the advertiser sent us. If the reward is owed, it is credited exactly like a normal one and the publisher is told.
A claim for an offer the advertiser rejected will be rejected too — we can only pay what the advertiser pays. Keep any confirmation email or screenshot the advertiser gave you; it helps.
7. Your data
The wall sets no cookies. We store the id the publisher gave us for you, the IP address, device and country of each offer you open, and which ones you completed. The advertiser receives your IP address, your browser's name and an anonymous token, never your id with the publisher. The full list is in the privacy policy.
8. What we do not promise
Offers come and go, and an offer you saw yesterday may be gone today. We do not promise any particular offer, amount or number of rewards. We are not responsible for an advertiser's website, app or product, or for what you agree to with them.
